Chester Dawes is currently the Vice President of Finance Transformation, Global Wealth and Asset Management at Manulife. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Waterloo. Chester Dawes has previously held the positions of CFO and Treasurer at Catalyst Capital Group, CFO and Director of Finance at Brookfield Asset Management, and Auditor at Deloitte. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Waterloo CPA-SFA Centre for Capital Markets Education.

Michelle Wettlaufer, CPA, CA, CMA is a senior finance executive with international experience in accounting and financial reporting. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), holding a Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo. Michelle Wettlaufer has worked as the Senior Vice President of Global Finance, Accounting and Reporting at D+H, Vice President of Finance at Celestica and Manager for Audit and Business Advisory at PwC. She has also previously held Vice President of Finance positions at iconic brands such as Canadian Tire and Tim Hortons.
