Bruce Cooper

CFA, CEO & CIO, TDAM, SVP, TD Bank Group

Bruce Cooper is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of TD Asset Management (TDAM) as well as Senior Vice President of TD Bank Group. He is responsible for all TDAM business including investment management, mutual funds, operations, risk management, and distribution. Bruce also sits on a variety of committees and chairs the TD Wealth Asset Allocation Committee and the CIO Council. He has been with TDAM for more than two decades and has worked in both Toronto and the UK, managing Canadian, U.S. and global equities across a variety of mandates. Bruce holds a B. Comm from Queen’s University, an MA in Political Science from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder.
