  • The ability to work effectively independently and within a team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned tasks

  • An interest and enthusiasm for conference and event planning

  • Connect with prospective sponsors and raise funds

  • Form contracts and sponsorship packages

Sales

  • Create team deadlines and promotional strategies

  • Prepare communication materials

Logistics

  • Plan the flow of Conference and case competition

  • Design and edit the UWAC website

Graphics

  • Design graphical media for Conference promotion

  • Create brochures for delegates and sponsors
