This year, UWAC 2012 will be taking place from May 4th, 2012 to May 6th, 2012. The conference will take place over the course of three days including two nights at the Delta Kitchener-Waterloo Hotel.

We welcome any university or college student who has an interest in accounting, finance, or business to register for our conference. This isn’t just an accounting conference; we cover topics that are important for everyone!

At the conference, delegates will be able to choose between regular, vegetarian, and halal meals.

Of course! You’ll have the opportunity to meet a large number of new faces!

UWAC offers delegates the opportunity to work with new individuals. As such, your team will be chosen randomly to maximize the real world experience you will gain at the conference.

Your delegate fee covers an all inclusive stay at the Delta Kitchener-Waterloo Hotel. This includes all meals, a room for two nights, and transportation between venues!

Unfortunately, delegates are not permitted to opt out of the hotel. All delegates are expected to stay at Delta Kitchener-Waterloo Hotel on both Friday and Saturday. If alternate arrangements need to be made, please contact a coordinator as soon as possible.

During registration, you will be given the option to select a roommate.

Each delegate can select one roommate, of the same gender, that he or she would like to room with. Two pairs of roommates will be grouped together so that delegates have the opportunity to meet one another. Keep in mind that you do not need to select a roommate – you’ll get to meet more people!

Don’t worry, if you do not have someone you want to room with, we will gladly pair you up with someone else.
